HGTV’s hit show Love It Or List It presents people unhappy with their home the chance to either renovate or move on.  This title design piece is 2nd The Studio Upstairs created for the show, reflecting the producer’s wish to capture the show’s move to prime time. But even so — Hector Herrera’s original word mark lives on!
