Nick Sewell is a designer and musician living in Toronto.

Working in broadcast design since 1999, Nick has created work for a diverse range of clients including MTV, Cartoon Network, Comedy Central, Warner Bros.Sports Center, and PBS as well as advertising agencies such as FCB, JWT, and Taxi.

His film work includes title design for David Cronenberg’s Spider and Irvine Welsh’s Ecstasy, as well as extensive work in the documentary space on award-winning films such as Sugar Coated and Oscar Peterson: Black+White.

His design work has appeared in numerous graphics and post-production publications such as StashDesign In Motion, and Applied Arts Annual, media outlets such as Rolling Stone and NME.

Parallel to his career in design, Nick has also been releasing and performing loud guitar music for over 25 years — as a bass player, singer and songwriter in such storied T.O. rock outfits as Biblical, The Illuminati and Tchort.  His newest project, Lake Cyanide released their debut album in 2020.
